The U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Department of State has announced an open competition for American and Cambodian non-profit organizations, universities, community organizations, and individuals that are already doing work around community engagement, youth empowerment, arts programming, or support for marginalized populations to submit grant applications to serve as the local partner for U.S. team of hip hop artists that will be conducting a two-week residency as part of the Next Level program to be held March 26 – April 9, 2018.
