The European Union (EU) is seeking proposals to support and strengthen civil society as an actor of sustainable development, in the promotion of rights, in the active participation of women and young people and in the protection of children in vulnerable situations.
The specific objectives of this call for proposals are to:
- Lot 1
- Specific objective: To promote participation, socio-economic inclusion and respect for the rights of young people and women in Cape Verde.
- In addition to the overall priorities for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Lot 1 includes the following specific priorities:
- Improve access to integrated social services and promote the realization of the rights of minors and women in the areas of education, physical and psychological integrity, protection and integration socioeconomic level.
- Promote youth participation in social transformation, in the development of gender relations environmental protection and decision-making in socio-economic and environmental processes. politicians.

Funding Information
The grants to be awarded under this call for proposals must be the following minimum and maximum percentages of the total eligible costs of the action:

Eligibility Criteria

- Primary Applicant
- In order to be eligible for a grant, major applicants must:
- be a collective person
- not for profit and
- be a specific type of organization: civil society organization established in Cape Verde or in a Member State of the European Union or a Member State beneficiary of Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2014 or a Member State of the European Economic European Economic Area (EEA).

- In order to be eligible for a grant, major applicants must:

- Brokers must participate in the design and execution of the action and the costs they incur shall be eligible in the same way as the costs incurred by the principal applicant. - Affiliated entity (ies)
