Social & Community Capital is seeking proposals to provide grants to organisations that are unable to access mainstream funding.
Social & Community Capital’s mission is to enable social enterprises, charities and community businesses to make a positive impact in UK communities.
Focus Areas:
Applicants need to help in one of three areas:
- Employment, training and education
- Income and financial inclusion
- Mental health and well-being
Funding Information
- Up to £140,000 (7 x £20,000 grants) will be available from Social & Community Capital to allow organisations to develop projects that create direct social impact on a community with need, and that have potential to become a sustainable product or service.
- They will offer one grant in each of the following regions around the UK: Scotland, North, Midlands & East of England, South West, Wales, London & South East and Northern Ireland.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for the Social & Community Capital 20th Anniversary Grants, the following criteria apply:
- Applicants organisation must be UK-based
- Create direct social impact on a community with need in the UK
- Have potential to become a sustainable product or service
