The European Commission (EC) is accepting proposals to support Youth Engagement in Different Policy Areas and Youth Initiatives.
Objective
- The global objective of this call for proposals is:
- to strengthen participatory democracy and the EU integration process in Montenegro, through an enhanced contribution of civil society.
- The specific objective of this call for proposals is:
- to improve youth inclusion and participation in different policy areas and support to youth initiatives.
Priorities
- The priorities of this call for proposals are youth engagement and participation in civic, economic, social and cultural life at local and central level, for example related to:
- Sustainable development
- Environment protection and climate action
- Social innovation
- Culture and Creative arts
- Anti-discrimination and social inclusion
Funding Information
- The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 950,000.
- Size of grants
- Minimum amount: EUR 900,000
- Maximum amount: EUR 950,000
Duration
- The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 36 months nor exceed 42 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- In order to be eligible for a grant, the lead applicant must:
- be a legal person and
- be non-profit-making and
- be a Civil Society Organisation
- be effectively established in Montenegro or a Member State of the European Union
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary, and
- if the applicant is a national of an eligible country other than Montenegro, they must have at least one Montenegrin co-applicant and the local capacity development must be strengthened through clearly proposed activities.
