The Kedron-Wavell Community Grants Program provides financial support to local individuals and community organisations.
Funding Information
- There is a total of $200,000 in community grants available. The distribution of funds will be based on the merit of the application, but can range from $500 to $10,000 per applicant.
Eligibility Criteria
- Local individuals or community based non-for-profit organisations eligible to apply:
- Groups improving the health and welfare of less-advantaged community members
- Sporting groups that encourage participation in physical activities.
- Educational organisations that foster learning development.
- Cultural groups that promote and nurture the arts
- Organisations that support ex-servicemen and ex-servicewomen and their families.
- Support groups for family and domestic violence.
- Organisations that deliver local community events.
- Organisations advocating for and supporting seniors.
- Groups providing support and advocacy services for mental health and general wellbeing.
- Organisations easing the burden for those living rough.
- Groups providing connection for those experiencing loneliness.
