The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is inviting you to submit Grant Ideas under the project of Joint Programme for Peace “Livelihood Support to Resettled Communities in Jaffna District”
Objectives
- The objective of this Call for Proposals is to: Support sustainable livelihood of resettled communities in Tellipalai, Chavakachcheri, Maruthankerny and Velanai Divisional Secretariat (DS) Division in Jaffna District.
Focus Areas
JPP focuses on the following.
- The UN in Sri Lanka provides strategic, coherent, timely and targeted support towards the resettlement process in the Northern Province and Eastern Province with an emphasis on ensuring durable solutions and promoting confidence in the process.
- The JPP improves stakeholder coordination on resettlement and the effectiveness of support to the sectors.

- Grant Amount: LKR 29,080,000.00
Eligibility
- NGO and CSO will be considered.
Selection Process
The UNDP will review proposals through a five-step process:
- determination of eligibility;
- technical review of eligible proposals;
- scoring and ranking of the eligible proposals based on the assessment criteria outlined in the previous section to identify highest ranking proposal;
- round of clarification (if necessary) with the highest scored proposal; and
- responsible Party Agreement (RPA) signature.
