The City of Dublin is accepting applications for Youth Mini Grant Program to provide grant money to Dublin middle and high school organizations or clubs that offer performing arts, sports, multicultural awareness, health awareness, or other youth activities that support projects or programs serving or benefiting Dublin youth.
Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify, the organization or club must be based in Dublin, have an adult sponsor, and whose roster must be made up of at least 75% Dublin residents who are of middle school or high school age.
- The organization or club must submit an application and proposal that describes the organization, how the funds will benefit Dublin youth, and what the funds will be specifically used for.
- If a grant has been awarded in the past to the same organization, a brief review of how the money was spent and how it benefited the group will need to be highlighted in this year’s presentation.
Proposal
The proposal must be no longer than two-and-a-half pages, double-spaced. The proposal should include the following:
- A brief description of your organization.
- Describe the project and how it will benefit Dublin youth.
- Describe what and how the funds/grant will be used.
- Explain what proof will be given to the Youth Advisory Committee that funds were used as proposed.
- Should a grant have been awarded in the past to the same organization, a brief review of how the money was spent and how it benefitted the group needs to be highlighted in this year’s presentation.
