The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ukraine is pleased to announce a call for project proposals for Ukrainian NGOs in the framework of the Transition Promotion Program.
Priority Areas
- Development of the independent media and countering disinformation
- Quality content and development of independent media outlets,
- Media literacy and initiatives on countering disinformation.
- Support of human rights and civil society in Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions
- Monitoring of human rights situation and documentation of human rights violations.
- Support of civil society activities and promotion of civic engagement
- Right to a safe, healthy and ecologically-balanced environment
- Support of civic participation in finding solutions to specific ecological problem in the region,
- Environmental education and promotion of ecological responsibility.
Funding Information
The average contribution will be in the range of 500 000 – 1 600 000 UAH for each individual project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible applicants are non-profit civil society organizations officially registered in Ukraine.
- In order to be eligible for a grant the applicant must
- be a legal entity officially registered in Ukraine (government-controlled territory)
- be a non-profit civil society organization
- have a bank account in Ukrainian bank in local currency. Only one project per organization can be supported.
