Visa, in partnership with IFundWomen has announced the She’s Next Grant Program for women entrepreneurs in Canada.
Through this program, ten (10) qualified entrepreneurs will be selected to receive a $10,000 CAD grant plus one year of coaching services through IFundWomen and access to an accelerated mentorship program.
Funding Information
- A monetary grant with an approximate value of $10,000 USD or the equivalent to $10,000 USD in CAD; Exchange Rate: The rate of exchange to be used in computing the Net Monetary Prize of 10000 CAD and the amount of currency equivalent in United States dollars shall be made at the rate of exchange quoted on the date of the agreement between The Administrator and The Supporter.
- One year of coaching services through IFundWomen, valued at $1,500 USD
Eligibility Criteria
- The Contest is open to any natural person of any gender who meets all of the following eligibility requirements:
- The entrant is a legal resident of Canada
- The entrant is at least the age of majority of their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of Visa (“Supporter”) or IFundWomen (“Sponsor”), its affiliated companies or agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and the Contest judges
- The entrant must own at least 51% of their business and operate their business in Canada
- The entrant’s business must have been operating for 2+ years
- The entrant must have a business that has a product or service in market and is generating revenue
- Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to disqualify any entrant or business if Sponsor determines that allowing such entrant or business to participate (or continue to participate) in the Contest would bring discredit to the Sponsor or the Supporter, or damage in any way the good reputation of the Sponsor or the Supporter in the eyes of the general public. Sponsor’s decisions on all matters arising in connection therewith shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.
