Nigeria and African nations have a common common problem of inadequate or lack of reliable institutional policy framework for addressing high prevalence of poverty n associated socioeconomic challenges. Yet development partners seems only to brandish funding opportunities tailored to meet their perceived intentions. It is advisable that funding available be made to address first the basic need n fundamental problem of food and social security as a strategic leeway towards achieving global SDGs n much harped sustainable development. Bars need be lifted to welcome culture n people-centred solution to African problem.
