The Buderim Foundation is seeking applications for its grant program 2017 with an aim to promote a thriving community that is socially responsible, truly connected and supportive of one another.
The Buderim Foundation is one of a growing number of community foundations in Australia. It is a philanthropic, not-for-profit organisation registered under the Commonwealth Corporations Act. It has Deductable Gift Recipient (DGR) status which means donations to the Buderim Foundation can be tax deductable.
Objectives
- Protect and preserve natural environment
- Assist people in need to live healthy and fulfilling lives
- Add richness and diversity to local artistic and cultural endeavours
- Increase learning opportunities across all age groups
- Celebrate and showcase our heritage and local history
- Encourage and support those with sporting and other recreation interests
Grant Information
The Foundation awards grants up to $10,000 to successful applicants.
Eligibility Criteria
Organisation is a legal entity in Australia with a current Australian Business Number and evidence to support one or more of the following:
- a not-for-profit community organisation
- a registered charity with the Australian Tax Office
- endorsed by the Australian Tax Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient
