The Study of the U. S. Branch (ECA/A/E/USS), Office of Academic Exchange Programs, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), invites proposal submissions from accredited U.S. post-secondary education institutions (community colleges, liberal arts colleges, public and private universities) and other U.S. public and private non-profit organizations for the design and implementation of three Study of the U.S. Institutes for Secondary Educators.
The Study of the U.S. Institutes for Secondary Educators should provide multinational groups of experienced secondary educators (administrators, curriculum developers, education ministry officials, teachers, teacher trainers, and textbook writers) with a deeper understanding of U.S. society, education, culture, values, and institutions.
Funding Information
Application budgets are limited to $3,150,000 direct costs and must reflect the actual needs of the proposed project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
