Selection Criteria
- Local experience and presence
- Experience in Implementation of Urban Cash Assistance or other food assistance/social safety net programmes, Urban targeting approach, Use of Electronic beneficiary information management system/or electronic database, Implementation of programme with a component of cash transfer to people assisted, Creation/Rehabilitation/Protection of livelihood-based assets for crop and/or livestock productivity.
- Contribution of resource
- Contribution in terms of – Vehicles/motorbikes, Cash to cover operational costs, Office space, Furniture and office equipment, Complementary activities/funding, Technical Expertise (Training on Livelihoods, Nutrition, SBCC, Gender etc)”
- Sector expertise and experience
- Organisation’s profile and experience in Mainstreaming of Gender, Protection and Accountability to Affected Populations, Existence of Organisational Policy for Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, Promotion of nutrition sensitive programmes, Income generation activities, Promotion of savings and lending culture, Natural resource management and climate smart agriculture, Health, nutrition and hygiene promotion, Promotion of market linkages and value addition
