The World Food Programme (WFP) has launched the call for expression of interests for the PAP/HAI/PRG/M&E/Targeting Program.
This call for expression of interests aims to select cooperating partners: Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), associations or structures that will collaborate with WFP to carry out the activities of community targeting of potential beneficiaries, of collecting related socio-economic data and of supporting the SCOPE-Biometrics registration of beneficiaries vulnerable to food insecurity for the year 2025 in priority rural areas throughout the country.

Expected Results
- All activities in the targeting process are carried out according to the predefined targeting approach, and the following reports are provided for each commune. Prepare a monthly plan to be shared with the PAM including the targeted communes, as well as the schedules of the various targeting activities related to each commune.
- A daily update (by email or telephone) must be provided to the M&E focal point of the sub-office or to the VAM assistant of the sub-office that covers the targeted communes, at the end of each targeting activity.
- This update must highlight the implementation of the activity, the challenges encountered, comments, etc. A weekly report detailing the targeting activities carried out in the previous week will be submitted to the PAM between the weekend and Wednesday of the following week. A monthly report will also be provided at the end of each month on all targeting activities carried out during that month, according to the PAM format.
