The World Food Programme (WFP) has launched a call for proposals for Emergency Response Project in Kunar.

Expected Results
- Provide nutrition-sensitive, unconditional emergency food assistance to members of severely vulnerable, food-insecure households in targeted districts to prevent further deterioration of their food security and nutritional status.
Guidance
- NGOs are required to review this Guidance Note, in conjunction with attached Guidance Notes and Field Level Agreement General Conditions (which are binding once an agreement is reached between the NGO and WFP).
- NGOs are required to submit a full package.
- The project proposal template is protected; NGOs should use the key tab and fill the required parts either from drop down lists or typing the required text.
- NGOs are highly recommended to submit proposals only in if they physically are present and have offices within the respective region.
- The Project Proposal should cover the months of July 2025 up to June 2026. During this time, WFP through its partners will implement:
- Hotspot Response: July 2025 to June 2026, in activated hotspots locations, beneficiaries will be assisted for three months with 50% ration size
- Contingencies Response: July 2025 to June 2026, responding to any sudden onset shock (natural disaster, displacement, etc.) in the province, beneficiaries will be assisted for 2 months with 100% ration.
