Enabel is seeking proposals for the Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health Program to strengthen socio-economic resilience, access to basic social services and social cohesion of vulnerable populations, in particular women, young people and marginalized people.
Objectives
- The general objective of this call for proposals is: Communities and stakeholders in the territories – especially women, youth, IDPs and vulnerable groups – have inclusive, equitable and sustainable access to quality, flexible and innovative basic social services.
- The specific objective of this call for proposals is:
- Engagement of key stakeholders for SRAJ
- Under the influence of committed adolescents and young people, adolescents and young people themselves, parents, communities, health and education stakeholders put SRAJ at the heart of their concerns, participate in its promotion, and create an environment favorable to taking into account the needs of adolescents and young people in an inclusive and participatory manner in terms of SRAJ.

Funding Information
- Minimum amount: 60,000 EUR
- Maximum amount: 80,000 EUR
Duration
- The initial planned duration of an action cannot be less than 18 months nor exceed 24 months.
Geographic Focus
- The actions must be implemented in the health districts of Tenkodogo, Pouytenga, Koupela (Centre-East Region) and Zorgho (Plateau-Central Region) in Burkina Faso.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for subsidies, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
- be a legal entity;
- be a private;
- non-profit actor or a foundation;
- be established or represented in Burkina Faso;
- Be able to demonstrate experience or presence in the Centre East regions and/or from the Central Plateau over the last five years; this experience or presence must be justified by an official document established by the client: certificate of successful completion of mission, contract, partnership agreement, etc.;
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and not act as an intermediary and;
- Have financial statements certified by an independent body (auditor or commissioner) to the accounts). These statements cannot go back more than 2 years.
