Call for Proposals: Audiovisual Capsules National Mechanisms for Prevention and Attention to the Phenomenon of Human Trafficking

The Governance and Peace Cluster of the Regional Center for Latin America and the Caribbean opens the call for the production of audiovisual content.

Purpose

The purpose of this consultancy will be the production of audiovisual content: 4 capsules containing
- conceptual approach to position the issue on the public agenda,
- international frameworks- and national action plans and (iii) concrete recommendations for the installation, consolidation
  - maintenance of national mechanisms for prevention and attention to the phenomenon of human trafficking, and
- share innovative experiences from Latin America, the Caribbean or other regions.
The objective is to have a methodological guide in audiovisual format to support transformation processes Institutions in the prevention and care of the phenomenon of human trafficking. UNDP in the world supports the consolidation of institutional response platforms, the formulation of policies and action plans, as well as generation of new knowledge from experiences.

Scope of Services

The scope of the services includes:

Preparation of the production plan, elaboration and diffusion of audiovisual products with implementation schedule;
Coordination with the Governance and Peace team (including the Gender and Communication area) for the elaboration of the script of the capsules;
- Making a work plan;
- Production and editing

Duration

The duration of this consultancy will be 3 calendar months from the signing of the contract.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested companies must submit the following documents / information to demonstrate their qualifications:

Letter confirming interest and availability to execute the consultancy;
Company profile that should not exceed fifteen (15) pages, including corporate information from the company, background, audiovisual product portfolio, video samples with links available for Online reproduction, works published in traditional press, either from the company or from clients who have had. Describe if you have any experience working in conjunction with UNDP, UNDP projects or other Agency of the United Nations System, in the last two years.
Include an organizational chart of the company indicating the personnel that will be made available to the consultancy. requires a professional videographer, audiovisual editor, photographer, journalist, or social communicator with experience in press and public relations;
Statement of satisfactory performance of at least two (2) clients from the last two (2) years, indicating company / client name, products delivered, amount and contact person (name, telephone and email);
- Professional portfolio (link);

- Description of work methodology, approach and schedule;
- Economic proposal.
