Deadline: 14-Jan-22
The French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs is seeking calling for proposals for Programmed Food Assistance 2022 to help populations become more resilient, be it in emergency situations or in the context of chronic food insecurity or extended crisis contexts due to conflicts.
Given the scale of food insecurity in the world, the choices made as part of programmed food assistance seek to optimize the use of these funds by targeting what France deems to be priority countries and neglected areas, and by promoting a return to greater food autonomy for vulnerable populations.
Programme food assistance thus enables France to help populations become more resilient, be it in emergency situations or in the context of chronic food insecurity or extended crisis contexts due to conflicts.
Markers
The integration of the three following markers (in accordance with the OECD-DAC standards) should be highlighted very clearly in the proposal:
- Gender,
- Nutrition,
- Genetic, maternal, neonatal and child health.
Funding Information
- Amount: 500,000 € (five hundred thousand euros)
- Duration: 12 months from the signing date of the financing agreement.
Eligibility Criteria
The call for proposals is open to international ONGs, local NGOs and international organizations.
