The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Project “Supporting Community-Led Solutions for Social Cohesion in Bar, Ulcinj, Bijelo Polje, Podgorica and Pljevlja” is to engage civil society organizations (CSOs) in Montenegro to facilitate the implementation of the 16 community-led solutions.
Lots
- The CFP is consisted in two LOTs:
- Lot 1: Support to 8 groups and implementation of their ideas in Podgorica, Bijelo Polje and Pljevlja
- Lot 2: Support to 8 groups and implementation of their ideas in Bar and Ulcinj
Funding Information
- LOT 1 – EUR 47, 000.00 (out of which 39 000 is dedicated to funding of the selected local initiatives).
- LOT 2 – EUR 46,680.00 (out of which 38 735 is dedicated to funding of the selected local initiatives).
Duration
- In principle, the period of project implementation: 6 months. The project implementation agreement will be concluded for the period May 1 – 20thNovember 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Interested registered NGOs meeting the following criteria will be eligible for the selection:
- The NGO must have been registered in Montenegro for at least 3 years.
- The NGO must demonstrate experience in human rights and related fields such as peacebuilding, social inclusion, gender equality, civic engagement and intercultural dialogue, with a strong emphasis on community-driven approaches that foster social cohesion and resilience., as well as a proven track record in supporting grassroots efforts and cultivating sustainable local partnerships.
- The project proposal must include activities in all indicated municipalities within the selected LOT.
- The activities of the NGO, including public statements and appearances, must fully adhere to the principles of non-discrimination and the full respect of human rights.
- In case project proposal is submitted together with partner NGO, the partner NGO must meet all the following criteria:
- It must have been registered in Montenegro for at least 2 years
- It must be registered and operate in a municipality covered by the specific LOT
