The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Ukraine invites applications for projects on the development of cooperation for the implementation of activities on the Development of Cooperation and Assistance to Democracy in Ukraine.

Aims
- Concept 1:
- Strengthening public resilience to disinformation and sustained information attacks by Russia.
- Concept 2:
- Returning victims of war to a full life (psychological or physical rehabilitation, prosthetics)
Project Objectives
- Concept 1:
- Empowering Ukrainian civil society organisations to identify and counter attempts to abuse democracy and the rule of law, civil liberties and the information space.
- Systematically inform the public about the dangers of disinformation, the nature of hybrid threats and the ways in which they manifest themselves.
- Promote cooperation between state institutions, civil society and the media to strengthen the resilience of society to disinformation and hybrid threats.
- Concept 2:
- Provision of psychological, physical rehabilitation or prosthetic services to victims of the Russian war against Ukraine
Funding Information
- The maximum grant per project is 100000 EUR.
Duration
- Estimated Duration of Project Implementation: From 09/06/2025 to 28/11/2025.
Target group(s)
- Concept 1:
- Civil society organisations, national and regional media
- Concept 2:
- Victims of the russian-instigated war in Ukraine, especially vulnerable groups (veterans, family members and relatives of those who have been injured or killed, victims of physical or psychological violence).
Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals, legal entities, other organisations registered in the Republic of Lithuania and/or in Ukraine are invited to submit signed and scanned project applications and project estimates in Lithuanian or English languages.
- An application for a project provided from Lithuania shall contain at least one partner in Ukraine (not applicable if application for a project is being submitted by a individual or entity of Ukraine or by an international organization). Partner ‘s consent to cooperate should be attached.
