The Agricultural Training and Professional Integration (FIPA) Project is part of the National Strategy for Technical Education and Vocational Training (SN-EFTP), the Strategic Plan for the Development of the Agricultural Sector and the National Climate Change Adaptation Plan of Benin.
The project improves the effectiveness of training-integration pathways in the agricultural sector and related professions. This will involve coherently and concretely strengthening the training integration-employment continuum by supporting multi-stakeholder national and territorial dynamics, developing structuring mechanisms of complementarity.
