The Dauphin & District Community Foundation’s Spring Grant Program is now open for applications.
The Community Foundations are a network of charitable organizations that provide long term support for initiatives and improve the lives of people in a specific geographical area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Grants are given to CRA registered charities or qualified donees or organizations that partner with above mentioned organizations. For profit businesses and individuals are not eligible.
- Grants are made to projects or programs delivered in Dauphin and/or the RM of Dauphin
- Grants are not made to projects that are undertaken prior to receiving the Grant Committee decision
- Preference is given to projects which:
- Have a well-planned approach
- Demonstrate the ability to serve a need in the community
- Demonstrate accessibility & inclusivity
- Promote diversity & social justice
- Promote volunteer & citizen involvement
