The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is seeking applications for its “Technical Assistance to Ethiopia’s Federal Ministry of Health and Regional Health Bureaus in Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Programming and Direct Site-Level Support in the Four Emerging Regions under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)”.
The purpose of this NOFO is to support the local health system at above-site level in all regions and at site-level in the four emerging regions in the effort to reach optimal program coverages for attaining epidemic control and strengthen the health system at different levels for a sustainable epidemic response and impact. The scope of the activities includes hard-to-reach geographic locations and populations with particular focus on identified key and priority populations, and aims to attain the 90-90-90 UNAIDS goals at prioritized sub-national units.

The award ceiling for this NOFO is $15,000,000.
