The Fore is the only open-access funder in the UK, is currently seeking proposals to offer development funding and strategic support to early-stage charities and social enterprises.
The Fore match successful applicants with friendly professional support – ongoing mentoring, strategic advice, governance support or other assistance.
The Fore is a partner of the Big Lottery Fund.
Funding Information
- The Fore make grants of up to £30,000, which can be distributed over one to three years, and provide access to business expertise to help their grantees achieve their goals.
- They make unrestricted grants which have the potential to have a transformational impact on an organisation, whether by unlocking exponential growth, sustainability, efficiency or some other major step forward. They see their grants as investments in the organisations they support.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Fore accept applications from UK-registered charities, community interest companies (CIC), charitable incorporated organisations (CIO) and community benefit societies (CBS).
- Organisation needs to have a base and be registered within the UK.
- Provide the relevant information of the project and the organisation as a whole.
