The Greater Manhattan Community Foundation is seeking applications for its Community Arts Grants to support projects that fit into the category of community and public arts or humanities programs intended to cultivate a thriving community.
Funding Information
- Proposals should require awards exceeding $10,000.
- A detailed budget is required to calculate all anticipated project/program expenses.
Eligibility Criteria
- This application is for Community Arts Grants.
- Generally, grants are awarded to proposals for projects located in Manhattan and Riley County, Kansas.
- Proposals generally should NOT be made for projects requiring ongoing support from GMCF.
- Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) to apply or apply in partnership with a 501(c)(3) organization.
- The funding focus at this time includes support for long-term displays and projects that are free and easily accessible to the public. All art forms are welcome as part of this grant program.
