The U.S. Embassy in Bratislava of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a program to strengthen the rule of law and transparency in Slovakia.
Program Objectives
- Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), they are looking to support several projects aimed at safeguarding and advancing Slovakia’s rule of law and transparency through:

- Empowering citizens to address corruption, including by strengthening public participation, whistleblower protections, and access to justice;
- Increasing public sector transparency and enhancing the capacity, accountability, and independence of judges, prosecutors, investigators, and oversight institutions.
