The Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) is seeking applications for its Grants program to support artistic creation and to promote local cultures in Tunisia, the Maghreb and the Middle East, the Kamel Lazaar Foundation each year supports a number of projects.
The Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) produces and supports artistic and cultural projects in the MENA region.
Types of Projects
- Visual arts
- Heritage (Tunisia)
- Music and performing arts (theatre, dance…)
- Cultural and civic education
KLF can select up to 2 projects per category.
Funding Information
KLF reserves the right to define the amount of its contribution to the selected projects, which varies between 10,000 and 40,000 DT.
Eligibility Criteria
Any natural or legal person based in the MENA region undertaking/initiating a cultural and/or artistic project relating to art and culture in the MENA region, more particularly in Tunisia, can apply for KLF support if the applicant fulfills the conditions outlined in the present call for projects.

Projects proposals can be submitted by filling out the online application form via given website.
Eligible Countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, West Bank and Gaza, and Yemen.
