The King Baudouin Foundation has launched the Fund for Future Program to support projects around youth and children’s work in the municipalities of Lennik and Sint-Pieters-Leeuw.
The fund invests locally in future generations for a sustainable and solidary society.
The fund is aimed at organisations and associations that support children and young people, this may involve physical, sporting, cultural, artistic or social activities. These activities meet a real need. They are connecting and strengthen local and social engagement. They pay the necessary attention to inclusion, diversity and solidarity.
Funding Information
- Fund For Future is releasing a total budget of 20,000.00 Euro for this call. Candidates can apply for a maximum of 4,000.00 Euro in support.
Eligibility Criteria
- The submitted files must meet the following criteria as closely as possible:
- The project initiator is an organisation that works for and with children and young people up to the age of 18;
- The application file is completed in full, within the specified period and in Dutch;
- The organisation that applies is active in Lennik and/or Sint-Pieters-Leeuw;
- The project must be able to be implemented or started before 31/12/2026.
Selection Criteria
- The project benefits children and young people from Lennik and/or Sint-Pieters-Leeuw
- The project must be socially meaningful and have a concrete impact;
- The project conveys values of solidarity;
- The project pays sufficient attention to inclusion and diversity;
- The project is feasible (have suitable partners, have the necessary permits and the right material);
- The budget must be adapted to the ambition of the project
