Mable Community Grants are inviting people and projects that promote inclusion for people with disability and older Australians in the arts, sports and recreation and business and technology.
Established in 2019, the Mable Community Grants (MCG) are a philanthropic initiative to fund people and projects that promote inclusion for people with disability and older Australians in the arts, sports and recreation and business and technology.

What The Grant Money Can Be Used For?
- The grant funding must be used for the purpose of activities and outcomes that promote independence and inclusion for Australians living with disability and / or who are ageing within at least one of the following areas:
- The Arts
- Sport and recreation
- Business and Technology
- Larger projects may aggregate these funds with other funding or use the funding to complete a particular stage of a project. The specific details of what the funding will go towards must be outlined within the application.
- If some of the elements within a funding proposal do not meet the particular grant round purpose or otherwise at the discretion, they may consider funding part of an application.
Funding Information
- From a total pool of up to $50,000 p.a. The grants range from $2,000 to $20,000.
- Any successful recipient of a Mable Community Grant has one year in which to spend the funding from the receipt of the first payment or lump sum.
- The project that the grant is funding , must be launched within 18 months from the receipt of the first payment or lump sum.
Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals and groups are eligible to participate
- The individual, or group submitting the application must Australian residents living within Australia
- Applicants who have previously received funding via Mable Community Grants may apply. However, when assessing your application, they will consider any previous Mable funded-activities and minimise the risk of duplication in funding for similar activities when making a decision.
- You don’t need to use the Mable platform as a client or care worker to apply, the grant application process is open to the broader Australian community.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Individuals or organisations outside Australia.
- Employees of Mable Technologies Pty Limited (and related Mable entities).
