Halifax is calling applications for its Marketing Levy Special Event Reserve Grants Program: Distinguished Events Program to support large one-time tourism events that have a minimum budget of $50,000 which have high potential for national and international exposure and encourage multiple day visits to the Municipality.
Funding Information
- The maximum grant award through this program is up to $50,000.

- Political Event
- Tradeshow
- Banquet
- Marketing Initiatives
- Seminar
- Conference
- Event held outside HRM
- Clinic
- Fundraising Event
- Event occurring before April 1 of application year
