OneAZ Community Foundation is inviting applications for the Impact Grants Program to promote the emotional well-being of people in need of resources from food banks, veterans’ interests, children’s health, financial education, and local youth programs in the communities.

Funding Information
- The Community Impact Grant program will award $5,000 to 50 organizations that provide programming or services within at least one of the five pillars of support in any of the communities the serve.
Eligibility Criteria
- Tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and have been in existence for at least two years
- In compliance with the anti-discrimination laws at the local, state, and federal levels
- Located within the state of Arizona
