The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Lima has announced a call for proposals for Small-Scale Development Projects.
The objective is to provide funding for small-scale projects, implemented in Peru and Ecuador during 2025, that generate sustainable results over time, contribute to positive change and increase the opportunities of the most vulnerable.
Funding Information
- The financial contribution varies between CZK 200,000 and CZK 500,000 per project (the exchange rate for August is CZK 6,331/PEN and CZK 23,595/USD). The proposal is based on CZK (currency of a potential contract if awarded) and PEN or USD. The risk associated with possible exchange rate fluctuations is borne by the project developer, so please take this into account and reserve the risk when preparing your proposal.
- The project execution period must be between March and October 2025.
Criteria
- Each entity may submit a maximum of one proposal.
- No proposals or changes to proposals will be accepted after the deadline.
- Each application must meet the requirements detailed below:
- A project description written in English, as per the attached Excel form. Please read carefully the attached guidelines on how to fill out the form.
- Document proving the registration of the applicant entity with the corresponding authority.
- Document proving the authorization of the Legal Representative of the entity that will be represented (official document issued by the Public Registries, SUNAT, SUNARP, etc.).
