The Pfizer is accepting proposal for its Initiatives to encourage healthcare professionals projects for targeting medical professionals who wish to promote intramuscular vaccination in clinical practice for pediatric vaccinate.
Through the implementation of this project, they aim to establish a system that enables medical professionals to safely and appropriately implement and promote intramuscular vaccination of children.
Target Disease/Purpose
- Regarding vaccinations for children, intramuscular vaccination method in clinical practice
- The following aims to engage healthcare professionals to promote:
- Improving skills to promote intramuscular vaccination of children
- The project will be supported in the following ways, but this is not limited to these.
- Improving skills to promote intramuscular vaccination of children and behavior change projects
- Immunization of children by health care workers involved in vaccination work
- Project to establish intravenous inoculation method
- Reluctance to administer vaccines intramuscularly to children
Funding Information
- Maximum amount per project: 5,000,000 yen
- Project implementation period: 2 years (October 1, 2025 – September 2027, 30 Days)
Target Audience:
- Physicians (regardless of specialty), pharmacists, nurses, and other medical professionals
Eligibility Criteria
- If you belong to one of the following facilities or organizations with legal status, please apply as an affiliate of that facility or organization:
- Universities, university hospitals, regional core hospitals, and other medical educational institutions.
- Medical academic societies and research groups, etc.
- Medical foundations, NPOs, etc. (corporations engaged in activities related to disease areas, patient groups, patient support groups, degree etc.)
- Medical Association, Pharmaceutical Association, Dental Association
- In projects involving collaboration with other facilities/organizations, all facilities/organizations have a meaningful role to play and should the requesting facility or organization will play the most important role.
