MediaCast has launched the Pro Bono for Purpose grant program for NFPs and charities to harness the power of PR, start a movement and create real and lasting change.
The grant is designed to give organisations the opportunity to build momentum through media relations and amplify their message across radio, tv, print and digital outlets.
Funding Information
- Maximum services grant value of $5,000 or $10,000 will be awarded to an organisation towards a media relations campaign or project
Criteria
- The grant can support either the full value of the campaign or part value of the campaign.
- If the grant is only supporting part of the value of the campaign, MediaCast will invoice the remaining amount to the entrant.
- Each separate event/project/proposal requires a separate grant application.
- The grant submission must demonstrate the campaign or project’s positive impact on the Australian community.
- Awarded campaigns must start after 1 January 2024 and be completed before 30 June 2024
- The grant submission must indicate when the campaign would take place between 1 January and 30 June 2024.
- The entrant must be a registered organisation with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and the main operations must occur in Australia.
- The entrant must have operational capacity to effectively collaborate with MediaCast on awarded campaign, including but not limited to access to spokespeople.
- Value of the grant is to be used on media relations campaign only and will not cover third-party expenses such as videography, consumer research, etc.
