Proposals are now being invited for the Development of a Video Campaign of the M4D Program.
In line with the priorities of the Tunisian government, since 2016 UNICEF has been supporting the Ministry of Education, in close cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Affairs, in the design and piloting of a four-dimensional model – M4D – in 9 pilot schools (2 primary, 5 middle and 2 high schools) with a high dropout rate in 6 governorates: Ariana, Bizerte, Gabès, Kebili, Sfax and Siliana. The M4D model is made up of four modules (Student listening and support office; Academic support; Compensatory education; Extra-curricular activities), contributing to a holistic approach to reduce school dropout with prevention and structural and educational remediation.
The Ministry of Education has decided to extend the M4D model to 13 additional pilot establishments in order to generalize the program at the national level during the 2022-2023 school year, bringing the total number to 22 pilot establishments.
Objectives/Expected Results
- Given the expansion of the program nationwide and the importance of public engagement, including educators and parents, launching a program campaign plays a key role. To effectively sensitize key actors in the field, updating the information of the old program video existing since 2018 is necessary.
- Thus, the main objective is to develop an M4D program video by updating Duration of support the old video.
- The expected outcome of this contract is as follows:
- An updated 3-minute video of the M4D program in Arabic with French subtitles and an Arabic version with English subtitles.
- Deliverables
- Updated video script to include 4th device and review according to program changes
- Coordination and validation of the update of the scenario with UNICEF
- Production of a video
- Arabic voice titling with French and English subtitles
- Editing
- Archiving of the video in USB (4 copies)
- Updated video script to include 4th device and review according to program changes
Duration of support: 1 month
Criteria
- Video produced by UNICEF must be of the highest quality to properly represent the organization. It must be recorded in HD mode.
- The logo of UNICEF and its donors on the credits will be placed at the beginning; immediately after that of the name of the Ministry of Education, preceded by the mention in the original language of the video “with the contribution or the support of UNICEF and its donors”.
- UNICEF reserves the right to amend the layout of its logo after receipt of the copy international will be an asset; satisfactory evaluation final of the video as well as to add the logos of its partners.
- Qualifications or Specialized Knowledge/Experience Required
- At least five years of experience in videography/video editing, editing experience with Final Cut Pro;
- Experience designing, producing and editing institutional videos;
- Experience with UNICEF and/or other UN agencies and NGOs international will be an asset.
