Expected Results
- By January 31, 2026, provide a minimum package of protection services, including mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), to children affected by the crisis in the Boucle du Mouhoun region and other regions.
- Children at risk or victims of violence (ENAS, EROST, survivors of GBV/SEA) benefit from integrated care, including family reunification, community reintegration or alternative solutions.
- Girls, women and boys receive services to respond, mitigate risks and prevent gender-based violence (GBV) and the prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), including against children and women.
- Community child protection structures (CCPE) strengthen their capacities to prevent protection risks, including gender-based violence (GBV), monitor, report and provide an appropriate community response to child protection concerns.
- Community members are sensitized on child protection in emergencies (CPUE), including the prevention of recruitment and use of children in armed conflict, family separation, sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), as well as other issues related to social cohesion, IED risks and children’s rights.
