The SBI Foundation invites non-profit organisations registered in India for implementing projects in the thematic area of primary healthcare through its model in healthcare.
Thematic Area
- Providing quality primary healthcare services to the most underserved/unserved areas.
- Framework of SBI-Sanjeevani
- Obtaining necessary approvals from the local health department.
- Office set up in the selected project area.
- Purchasing mobile medical/ medical equipment, branding & fabrication of van.
- Recruitment of medical team.
- Health profiling of the selected villages.
- Maintaining the patient data physically/digitally.
- OPDs will be conducted in selected villages (As per the journey cycle plan)
- In referral cases the medical team will ensure the follow-up treatment of the patient either in nearby PHC or hospitals.
- Community awareness sessions will be conducted on a monthly basis on various health topics
- Specialized health check-up camps will be conducted every quarter.
- Waste Management/Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Initiatives will be conducted quarterly.
- Process documentation and periodic submission of consolidated reports.
- Final evaluation/Impact assessment report
Funding Information and Duration
- The proposed budget for the proposal should be in the range of Rs.95.00 Lakh to Rs.1.90 Crore for a period of 15 months.
Eligibility Criteria
- The NGO should have a minimum 3 years of registration.
- The NGO should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the proposed state.
- The NGOs having demonstrated capability to improve measurable outcomes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the intervention.
- The Agency should have previous experience of executing projects in provision of primary healthcare services in remote areas.
