The Fauldhouse and Breich Valley Community Development Trust (F&BV CDT) has launched the Small Grants Funding for Local Organisations.
The Fund is open to any community project which is for the benefit of residents of the local area.
Funding Information
- Applications are available for funds between £250 and £2,000.
Project Location
- Projects for which grants are requested must be located within Fauldhouse & The Breich Valley Communities: Communities located within 5km of the Tormywheel Wind Farm Development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Organisations, who can apply for funding include:
- Charities, Voluntary Organisations, Community Groups
- Applicants need to have a written constitution, a set of rules, or a governing document and will need to have a bank or building society account with a minimum of two signatories in place before applying for a grant.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Grants will not be available for:
- Commercial organisations.
- Private membership-based sports clubs and facilities unless membership is open to the general public without undue restriction (e.g. not membership by nomination organisations).
- Projects that only benefit one individual
- Projects that are religious in focus, or that support a political party, a political campaign or cause.
- Funding core costs in organisations, e.g. running costs, administration costs, building rental costs etc.
- Retrospective funding, i.e. projects that have already been completed, whether already paid for or not.
