The Integrated Local Development (ILDP) III Project invites civil society organizations (CSOs) to submit their proposals for projects to strengthen the active inclusion of CSOs, citizens and local communities in local development management processes.
The Integrated Local Development Project (ILDP) is a joint project of the Swiss Government and UNDP aimed at strengthening local development through the introduction of systematic approach to strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of implementation of development plans, and harmonization of the planning system at the local level with those at higher authorities.
Objectives
The call for submission of project proposals aims to improve the involvement of civil society organizations (CSOs), local communities and citizens in the development processes at the local level in the partner ILDP.
The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals are as follows:
- Empowering, motivating and coordinating the participation of CSOs, citizens and local communities in governance processes local development;
- Inclusion of CSOs, citizens and local communities in the processes of development or elaboration of development projects;
- Strengthening CSOs, citizens and local communities to oversee the process of local development, development results and effects on the life of citizens.
Funding Information
As part of this public call, three projects will be supported:
- The first ranked project during the evaluation will be supported with 7,000 KM.
- The second ranked project during the evaluation will be supported with 4,500 KM.
- The third ranked project during the evaluation will be supported with 3,000 KM.
- The applicant does not have to provide a direct financial contribution .
- However, it is immaterial (non-financial) or financial contribution may provide additional value to the project during the evaluation.
- Project duration is up to 4 months , and implementation of projects is scheduled since June 2019 .
- Implementation of all project activities must be completed by 31.10.2018 . years.
Eligibility Criteria
- For the allocation of funds, applicants must be:
- legal entities and
- CSOs active in the area of social / economic / environmental development and / or community development and / or citizen participation, which are registered in BiH and have their seat in the area of ILDP to which it refers project proposal.
- Proposers of project proposals are disqualified from the call or potential allocation of funds if they are in time filing of applications:
- in conflict of interest;
- provide false or false information regarding the proposal and / or supporting documentation;
- attempt to enter into possession of confidential information, influence the Evaluation Commission or authorized persons in the process Evaluation of project proposals.
- The Project Proposer may submit one project proposal within the framework of the Call for Proposals.
