The Armenia Project (TAP) Micro-Grants Program aims to empower registered organizations that engage in high-quality storytelling through various formats, including documentaries, multimedia, podcasts, and both traditional and new media.
TAP seeks to enhance storytelling and narratives from Armenia that resonate with a global audience on international platforms.
Funding Information
- The TAP Micro-Grants provide funding ranging from 1000 USD to 2500 USD per project.
- The exact amount awarded will depend on the project scope, budget justification, and potential impact.
- Funds will be disbursed in a one-time payment at the onset of the grant
Eligibility Criteria
- The following can apply:
- State-registered organizations, including non-profit organizations, foundations, and sole proprietorships.
- Organizations must have at least three years of program outcomes.
- Collaborative projects involving one or more organizations are encouraged but not mandatory.
- Projects should align with TAP’s mission of promoting sectors like culture, sports, environmental issues, geopolitics, etc, and focus on impactful storytelling through various media formats, including documentaries, multimedia, podcasts, and traditional/new media.
- Projects must have an international reach, making them accessible to global media and non-Armenian audiences.
- Previous grant recipients of the H. Hovnanian Family Foundation funding are eligible to apply.
Ineligibility Criteria
- TAP does not fund:
- Operational overhead expenses
- Team salaries
- Non-registered entities or organizations
- Political action groups
