The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Affairs is accepting applications for its “Combating Wildlife Trafficking in Sub-Saharan Africa.
INL seeks to support combating wildlife trafficking projects where activities are based in Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, Namibia, Uganda and Zambia that will build upon Sub-Saharan Africa’s civilian law enforcement capabilities to combat wildlife crime and their response to wildlife trafficking by:
- strengthening legislative frameworks
- building investigative and enforcement capacity
- enhancing prosecutorial and judicial capacity
- providing necessary related equipment.

- Award Ceiling: $875,000
- Award Floor: $500,000

Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education Private institutions of higher education Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
