The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) is seeking applications for its program for Tibetan and Sri Lankan refugees, and returnees in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Funding Information
- Project proposals for Tibetans must not be less than $500 and no more than $2,500,000 per year or they will be disqualified.
- Project proposals for Sri Lankans must not be less than $500 and no more than $400,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status with IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- International Organizations.
