The Public Affairs Office of the US Embassy in Tirana, Albania, is seeking applications for its program entitled “Study of Media Professionals”.
The proposals seek for a research study of Albanian Media Professionals that will conduct a survey of approximately 1,000 media professionals, including field reporters, editors, program hosts, and other media professionals from print, broadcast, and online media outlets in Albania.
The purpose of the survey is to gather information to better understand Albania’s media landscape and the challenges facing the press, including editorial independence, political and business influence on the editorial line of media outlets, job security for media workers.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who are eligible to apply are U.S. and Albanian Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), who are able to respond to the program and be able to mobilize in a short period of time.
