These projects, besides improving institutional linkages between American and Indian organizations, empower local youth to emerge as well-informed and socially-invested citizen-leaders.

To train 150 young women and men across the three states and ensure that they understand the rights guaranteed under the Indian constitution as well as the shared tradition of constitutional democracy in the United States and India and facilitate them to emerge as proactive, conscious community leaders.
