United Way of the Plains is offering Dwane L. Wallace Youth Venture Grant to invest in local youth programs to inspire future generations.
Categories
- Programs must benefit local youth and fall into one of the following categories:
- After School Program, Youth Development, Character/Asset Building, Truancy Prevention
- Tutoring/Mentoring
- Juvenile Delinquency Prevention/Gang Prevention
- Nutritious Food & Meals
Funding Information
- A total of $50,000 is available in microgrants. Grants range in value from $500 to $7,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- This opportunity is open to teachers, schools and school organizations in United Way of the Plains’ service area: Sedgwick, Butler, Barber, Cowley, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Pratt, Sumner and Reno Counties.
