The United States Agency for International Development in Senegal (USAID/Senegal) is seeking applications for cooperative agreements from qualified U.S. and Non-U.S. organizations to fund programs in support of the activity Equitable Access to Education in Southern Senegal.
Program Approaches
- respond to communities and target populations they serve;
- maximize the number of children served;
- build on existing and past successful community efforts and the work of community-based organizations that are operating in the target zones;
- include marginalized populations (e.g., girls, young mothers, children with disabilities) to the extent possible;
- Ensure the absence of school-related gender based violence (SRGBV).

- Award Ceiling: $25,000,000
- Award Floor: $20,000,000
Eligibility Criteria
- U.S. and non-US organizations may participate under this NOFO.
- USAID/Senegal welcomes applications from organizations who have not previously received financial assistance from USAID.
- Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established USG standards, laws, and regulations. The successful applicant will be subject to a risk assessment (Pre-award Survey) by the AO.
