USAID/Cambodia is seeking applications to implement a program entitled “Enhancing Quality of Healthcare Activity” in order to improve the quality of public and private health services in Cambodia in a sustainable manner through technical assistance to national and sub-national health systems.
This program may receive funding through six program areas included under the Health category in the U.S. Foreign Assistance Framework: HIV/AIDS, TB, maternal and child health (MCH), family planning/reproductive health (FP/RH), nutrition, and malaria.

- Award Ceiling: $29,000,000
- Award Floor: $22,000,000
Eligibility Criteria
- U.S. and non-US organizations from the authorized geographic code (937) may participate under this program.
- USAID encourages applications from potential new partners.
- USAID will not accept applications from individuals.
- All applications must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law.
- USAID welcomes applications from organizations which have not previously received financial assistance from USAID.
- Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards, laws, and regulations. The successful applicant(s) will be subject to a responsibility determination assessment (Pre-award Survey) by the Agreement Officer (AO).
- The Recipient must be a responsible entity.
