Youth Health and Development Organization (YHDO) has announced an open request for proposals (RFP), seeking a qualified organization and institution to submit innovative approaches for organizing events for celebrating of World Children’s Day.
YHDO is currently implementing child support program with focus on community support for children victims of violence including child trafficking in Afghanistan. To better raise public awareness of child trafficking issues, strengthen partnerships and improve advocacy efforts, related to children rights in Afghanistan.
Objectives
- To organize, manage and celebrate the child international day in Kabul province in order to aware parents about their responsibilities towards their children under 18.
- To sensitize community against the violence against children including sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking of children in the country
- To promote children social rights in the society by actives participation of children in celebrating of their own. To prevent child abuses and to make stronger the child rights in the society by awareness rising of community.
Grant Information
The maximum available fund for the obligation is USD-1800.0
Eligibility Criteria
- Governmental and non-governmental organization or institutions
- The organization have considerable experiences of working on children issues in Afghanistan
- Ability to develop innovation models for celebration of child day through involvement of children
