Deadline: 30-Sep-2025
The Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation has launched a call inviting local civil society organizations in Serbia to participate in the Youth Hub network, a regional initiative that brings together youth-focused NGOs across the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
The call seeks proposals from organizations with innovative ideas, particularly those working with vulnerable groups such as young women, Roma youth, rural youth, youth with disabilities, and those not in employment or education. This opportunity isn’t just about funding; it’s about extending membership in a regional network and amplifying the voices of underserved communities in decision-making.
Applicants have two options depending on their background. Current Youth Hub members may apply under the first stream, aiming to strengthen their capacity to continue contributing to youth empowerment. The second stream opens the door for smaller local organizations to join the network and play a meaningful role on national, regional, and local stages.
Projects may receive substantial support, with grants up to 8,000 EUR for members and up to 5,000 EUR for newcomer organizations. These grants come with a requirement for modest co-financing, encouraging local ownership and sustainability. Organizations will also benefit from training—both in person and online—covering financial and operational project management for EU-funded work. Mentorship and supportive network connections will further enable them to scale their impact.
This initiative is more than just a funding opportunity. It’s a chance for committed youth organizations in Serbia to join a regional movement, grow their capacity, and elevate the participation of marginalized young people in society.
