Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is currently inviting applications to provide Integrated Delivery of HIV Services in Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinics Targeting Key and Priority Populations and in Confidential STI Clinics for Commercial Sex Workers in Ethiopia under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The program aims to support strengthening health service delivery – particularly comprehensive HIV prevention, care and treatment – for key and high priority populations in Ethiopia.
The purpose of this opportunity is to ensure the provision of quality comprehensive HIV/AIDS services to key, priority and most-at-risk populations (MARPs) for HIV in Ethiopia.
This opportunity will also support systems strengthening and programmatic implementation in multiple program areas including gender based violence (GBV) care, laboratory services, health systems and strategic information (SI) systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Government Organizations:
- State governments or their bona fide agents (includes the District of Columbia)
- Local governments or their bona fide agents
- Territorial governments or their bona fide agents in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.

- American Indian or Alaska Native tribal governments (federally recognized or state-recognized)
- Non-government Organizations:
